Our Animals
Weinberg Nature Center presently houses one dove, two frogs, one toad, three snakes, one gecko, one tarantula, one skink, one rabbit, two guinea pigs, four chinchillas, five turtles, one anole, one paddle tail newt, one hedgehog, walking sticks, hissing cockroaches, 2 hermit crabs, one fancy mouse, one bearded dragon. We have close residents, like Henrieta and Tommy, two wild turkeys of whom regularly visit us, hang around with the squirrels and birds and deer at the sanctuary feed post.
